Rhino 700 MSD Ignition & Fuel Controller
Product Description
This is an ignition box (like the Dynatek) and Fuel Controller in one! Super easy two plug hook-up, easier to install than the Dynatek or other ignition boxes. Comes with CD-ROM and USB cable if you ever want to plug it into your computer and tweak settings.
We load it with two custom settings before we ship it to you. (#1 and #2)
You use a small screwdriver to select the setting number on the outside of the red box. The red box mounts on top of your battery so it's easy to get at.
Setting #0 raises the RPM limiter to 8000 for higher top speed. Setting #1 is a custom map that raises the limiter to 8000, advances the timing, AND adjusts the fuel curve for perfect combustion with a stock Rhino or one that has an intake and/or exhaust tip. Setting #2 is dialed in for the Muzzy's exhaust system for max performance.
Thank you to Hunterworks for engineering and testing custom settings #1 and #2. We have an agreement with them to license their custom settings, so the box you receive from us is identical to the one from them.
This is the best choice for a 700 Fuel Injected Rhino. We know it costs a bit more than the Dynatek, but it's worth it. You will experience more power and have the option in the future if you ever want to run a performance exhaust or do engine work to change fuel/timing/rpm limit settings without ever having to buy another item.
Even if this MSD box is the only thing you ever do to your Rhino for performance, setting #1 will run better and faster than a Dynatek equipped Rhino. Don't forget, only RhinoGiant.com and Hunterworks have the custom settings pre-programmed on settings #1 and #2. It really makes a difference.
